Atlanta Personal Injury Attorney
At Ponton Law, we specialize in the litigation and trial of catastrophic personal injury cases. We bring all of our resources to bear on each case we handle because we believe that you deserve the best representation possible. We handle only a limited number of cases at any given time. Our team includes paralegals, private investigators, nurse consultants, liability expert witnesses and medical experts designed to maximize the recovery in every case we handle.
Our track record speaks for itself. Over the past five years, we have recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of our clients who have trusted us with their cases. Because of this success, James has been recognized as one of the top young lawyers in Georgia and named a Georgia Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine and the Super Lawyers Magazine in 2010, 2014-2016. No more than 2.5% of the total lawyers in Georgia are selected as a Rising Star.
We prepare every case from start to finish for trial and appellate review. In addition to serving as lead counsel in numerous trials, James has successfully litigated numerous times in the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and the 11th Circuit.
We Don't Get Paid Unless We Win
Some attorneys charge by the hour, and you pay whether you win or lose. Some attorneys ask their clients to advance the case expenses, which can run into the tens of thousands of dollars. We don’t. We provide a free initial case evaluation, and all cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. This means that our firm does not recover a penny unless we win. It also means our interests our aligned-the more we recover for you, the bigger our fee is. We do not require any payment from you unless we obtain a verdict or settlement.
Our agreement with you also includes representation with your health insurance provider, Medicare, Medicaid, or any other entity that has paid for accident related medical bills. We also assist you in finding a medical provider in the event that you do not have any medical insurance.
